It was fantastic and good in the new forest.

We stayed for 2 nights and I'd definitely come back here for future trips. The host gave us a warm welcome that was really nice. The beds were so cozy; I slept like a baby! 😊

It was absolutely perfect in nearby shops. I liked that shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were provided.

Nice welcome from host. Beautifully decorated rooms overall with Netflix. Lovely and fantastic location close to good walking areas with everything at the door.

My recent stay at a charming summerhouse in a beautiful location was superb! The house was modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The large garden with a fireplace and seating area added to the overall ambiance. The comfortable bed and seating area were perfect for relaxing. The hosts, John and his son, were amazing and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. They even gave us recommendations and took us to great places like Lymington market and The Pig. I can't wait to visit again someday!

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The walk through the garden to the accommodation was wet and muddy, making it challenging to navigate.

I had a great stay at the Modern Summerhouse. The location was perfect, with beautiful walks just a short distance away. The outdoor space was wonderful, especially for traveling with a pet, and the availability of parking was very convenient. The host was incredibly helpful, even providing small touches like milk, bread, and wine for my arrival. The interior of the summerhouse was spotless and the decor was modern and inviting. The large TV and free WiFi were also a bonus. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Although the property had limited facilities for making tea and coffee, which made it a bit challenging at times, this was clearly stated beforehand so it was manageable. The cabin was situated close to the road, so there was some traffic noise, especially during commuter times.

Lovely, curated house with spacious garden for BBQ. Kind, helpful host provided charcoal. Well-equipped, ground floor room perfect for dogs. Family-run lodge exceeded expectations, perfect for pet owners. Will definitely return.
